Refund & Returns Policy

At Reformory Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Right to Return (14 Days):
In accordance with UK regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations), customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at help@reformoryhome.com providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address depending on the product and supplier.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos or videos to help us arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors made by Reformory Home.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
